Your assigned executive chauffeur will arrive at least 15 minutes before any pick-up time and contact the passenger letting them know their exact position or by arrangement, meet and escort the passenger to the vehicle.

In respect to airport and port collections they will meet you in arrivals with a name board unless other arrangements are requested.
